To ensure your property is perfectly prepared for our photo and video session, please follow these guidelines:

Please do not schedule any other services on the day of your appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient session.

Outdoor Preparation:

Park Vehicles: Move vehicles off the driveway and park on the street.

Garbage Cans: Hide garbage cans out of sight.

Walkways and Porches: Sweep walkways and porches clean.
-
Gardens: Weed flowerbeds and trim any overgrown plants.

Lawn: Mow the lawn, trim shrubs, and clear leaves.

Garden Hose: Hide garden hoses and reels.
-
Patio Furniture: Clean and arrange patio furniture neatly.

Toys: Remove any kids' or pet toys from the yard.
What We Do:

Adjust Lighting: We will adjust blinds and lighting for the best exposure.

Safety: For the safety of our photographers, ensure all pets are crated or in a separate room with the door closed. If pets are loose, we will have to reschedule.
Indoor Preparation:

Clean Floors and Windows: Sweep/mop floors, clean windows, and dust surfaces.

Declutter: Store away clutter in drawers, closets, or the garage.

Towels and Rugs: Remove towels and small rugs.

Surfaces: Clear off countertops, vanities, dressers, and nightstands.

Beds and Curtains: Make all beds and straighten curtains.

Bathrooms: Hide personal hygiene items and close toilet seats.

Trash Cans: Hide all trash cans in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Kids’ and Pet Toys: Pick up and store all toys.

Pets: Crate pets or move them to the garage or basement.

Lighting: Replace burnt-out bulbs and adjust blinds for optimal lighting.

Cords: Hide visible cords (cable, power cords, etc.).
What We Will Not Do:

Pets and Hygiene Items: We do not handle pets or personal hygiene items.

Furniture: We will not handle or move pieces of furniture.
